Cancellation Policy

■Individual Reservations:

(For groups of 14 or fewer guests or bookings of 4 or fewer rooms)

  1. From 21 to 4 days prior to your scheduled stay: 10% of the total booking fee
  2. From 3 days to the day of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking fee

■Group Reservations:

(For groups of 15 or more guests or bookings of 5 or more rooms)

  1. From 28 to 15 days prior to your scheduled stay: 20% of the total booking fee
  2. From 14 to 8 days prior to your scheduled stay: 30% of the total booking fee
  3. From 7 to 3 days prior to your scheduled stay: 50% of the total booking fee
  4. From 2 days to the day before your scheduled stay: 80% of the total booking fee
  5. On the day of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking fee

Exceptions to the above policy include:

  1. If a special weather warning is issued in the hotel's area on your scheduled stay date.
  2. If your intended mode of transportation (train or flight) is canceled on your stay date due to natural disasters, making you eligible for a cancellation fee waiver.
  3. If major roads or highways you intended to use to get to our hotel are blocked on your stay date, preventing physical access to the hotel.
  4. If you make a new reservation for the same duration and room count within 90 days from the original booking date after cancellation.Only one change is allowed.
  5. For modifications that don't alter the stay's duration, room count, or overall booking plan, made up to the day before your scheduled stay.
