    crafting it to suit the purity and tranquility of the morning.

  • We proudly serve a traditional Japanese breakfast made with carefully selected ingredients from across Toyama.
    The rice is organic terraced rice, lovingly grown using the Aigamo (duck) farming method.
    It is freshly cooked in a clay pot to bring out its natural aroma and rich flavor.

    We use fresh fish from Shinminato Fishing Port,
    and each side dish—from ohitashi to simmered vegetables—is thoughtfully handmade by our chefs.

    This breakfast showcases the very best of Toyama’s seasonal bounty.

    We add a touch of delicacy from French cuisine, along with pickles and simmered dishes.
    A rich variety of flavors is always available, with 5 to 7 different options.
