Freshly cooked rice in an earthenware pot, enhances umami and aroma.
Made with care, this locally produced rice uses an organic, terraced rice farming method utilizing ducks.
A line up of rich seasonal dishes to accompany the rice, such as handmade tofu
and freshly steamed “Kamaboko (fish paste)” are available.
